Prohibited conduct
- Unauthorized access to accounts, systems, data, or connected services; credential theft, token theft, or attempts to obtain another person's secrets.
- Malware, phishing, fraud, unlawful impersonation, scams, or deceptive schemes.
- Spam, unsolicited abusive messaging, harassment, threats, stalking, or unlawful surveillance.
- Unlawful recording or interception, privacy violations, or disclosure of personal information without appropriate authority.
- Copyright, trademark, trade-secret, or other intellectual property infringement, including supplying content without necessary rights.
- Circumventing permissions, approval boundaries, safety checks, rate limits, quotas, tenant isolation, or other safeguards.
- Illegal discrimination or unreviewed high-impact decisions about employment, housing, credit, education, healthcare, legal rights, or other essential opportunities and services.
- Attacks, probing, exploitation, or disruption outside legally permitted and appropriately authorized security research. This policy does not grant permission to test any system.
- Abuse of Google Workspace APIs, evasion of Google's usage policies, unauthorized use of connected accounts, or attempts to convert read permissions into write authority.
- Illegal activities or assistance that facilitates them, including exploitation or abuse of children.
Responsible use
Only connect accounts you are authorized to use. Review AI outputs and proposed actions before relying on them. Obtain required permissions and recording consents. Do not treat retrieved documents, messages, or model suggestions as authority to bypass a person's decision or an approval boundary. You are responsible for your organization's policies as well as applicable law and third-party terms.
Enforcement and reports
We may investigate suspected violations, limit functionality, suspend or terminate access, and make legally required disclosures, proportionate to the circumstances. Where appropriate and lawful, we will provide notice and an opportunity to address a mistake. Report abuse or request review of an enforcement decision at [email protected]. Report vulnerabilities or suspected compromise at [email protected]. Do not send credentials or unnecessarily sensitive content. This policy may change with notice consistent with the Terms of Service and applicable law.
