Current availability

The current private staging service has no implemented checkout, paid subscription, or billing management interface. This policy sets proposed terms for paid plans if and when offered. It does not create a charge or imply a paid plan is currently available. No price is established by this document.

Purchase and renewal disclosures

Before purchase, we will display the price and currency, billing frequency, any applicable charges, features and limits, renewal terms, and cancellation method. A recurring plan will renew at the disclosed interval until cancelled. We will obtain affirmative consent to applicable recurring charges before charging you and provide the required purchase confirmation. Renewal terms will not be hidden in a general sign-in action.

Cancellation

For any launched paid plan, an accessible cancellation method will be identified before purchase and in the purchase confirmation. You may also contact [email protected] for cancellation assistance once this monitored address is operational. We will not launch paid plans until the actual cancellation workflow is implemented and tested. There is no current billing settings page to visit.

Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when received before the next disclosed renewal time, subject to any more protective legal requirements. Ordinarily you retain paid access through the end of the current billing period. We will confirm cancellation and its effective date. Account closure, Workspace disconnection, and subscription cancellation are distinct; a paid launch must explain their interaction clearly and honor any legally effective cancellation request.

Refunds

Payments are non-refundable, and ordinary unused portions of a billing period do not receive prorated refunds, except where law requires otherwise, an applicable purchase offer expressly provides otherwise, or we agree to a refund. Mandatory consumer withdrawal, cancellation, and refund rights remain available. Contact [email protected] about an incorrect or unauthorized charge or a legally required refund; do not send full payment credentials.

Price changes and payment failures

Price changes apply prospectively with notice and any renewed consent required by law. We will explain when a new price takes effect and how to cancel before it applies. If payment fails, we may notify you, request an updated payment method through a secure authorized payment workflow, and suspend or end paid access after any required notice. Any retry practices must be disclosed in the actual purchase terms; none are implemented in this build.

Trials and promotions

If a trial or promotion is offered, its duration, eligibility, post-trial price and billing period, conversion date, and cancellation deadline and method will be disclosed before enrollment. Conversion to paid service requires the consent required by law, and required reminders will be provided. This document does not announce a current trial.
